What we collect
We collect only what you submit through our enquiry form: your name, work email, organization, role, and the details you provide about your team, stack, and preferred format. If you go on to book a call, we also receive the meeting time you choose and the email address you book with.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare your training options and quote, and to communicate with you about that engagement. We do not add enquiries to marketing lists or automated sequences.
Who sees it
The people preparing your engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Services we use to handle it
To run the enquiry process we pass your details to a small number of providers who process data on our behalf: Attio, our customer records system, which stores your enquiry so we can prepare a response; Brevo, which delivers the internal notification email that alerts us to your enquiry; Cal.id, which handles scheduling if you choose to book a call; and Vercel, which hosts this site and processes the request that carries your form submission. Each acts on our instructions and not for their own purposes.
Where your data is processed
These providers operate infrastructure in the United States and the European Union, so your information may be processed outside your own country. We rely on the providers' standard contractual protections for those transfers.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to serve your enquiry and any resulting engagement, plus the period required for our business records. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, including the copies held by the providers above. Write to hello@begeneralist.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
